Tina Ramirez Moon (they/them) joined the Healthy Communities Foundation program team in 2018 to support local leadership, foster healing-informed organizational cultures and systems, and cultivate an interconnected and resilient health ecosystem. They bring practical insights from prior roles in youth, education, and place-based initiatives across Chicago, all with a common thread of reimagining mental health and well-being for youth, families, and communities. Tina became a Líderes Fellow by Hispanics in Philanthropy in 2025 and a Funders For Justice Fellow in 2022. Tina received an M.A. from the University of Chicago’s School of Social Service Administration (now Crown School of Social Work) and a B.A. in literary studies and creative writing from Beloit College.
