Molly Baltman-Leonard is a seasoned leader in philanthropy and social impact with over two decades of experience advancing economic mobility, reducing racial disparities, and fostering strong communities. As Program Director for Strong Families at the Richard L. Duchossois (RLD) Foundation, Molly leads efforts focused on key determinants of family economic mobility in the areas of affordable housing, education and workforce, childcare. Molly most recently served as Vice President of Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase, leading philanthropic investments in inclusive economic growth in cities withing the United States and Canada through business, community investments and policy advocacy in workforce development, financial capability, small business growth, and community development. Before JPMorgan Chase, Molly served as Economic Opportunity Program Director at the Robert R. McCormick Foundation. She is also a Fulcrum Foundation Alumna of the Center for Community Investment. Born and raised in Detroit, Molly attended Michigan State University and Macomb Community College before earning an A.M. in Social Policy and Administration from the University of Chicago. She now resides in Chicago with her husband and eight-year-old twins.
