Rachel Reichlin, MSN, MPH, RN, is the Founder of Health Justice Partners, a strategic advising firm working at the nexus of philanthropy, health institutions, and community leaders to advance equity and shift power in health domestically and abroad. She brings deep expertise in nursing—spanning bedside care, community health, managed care, and philanthropy. Regardless of the setting, she mobilizes resources for people to thrive. Previously, Rachel led the health workforce portfolio at a Chicago-based foundation. Rachel is a skilled listener, well-attuned to the health ecosystem, and makes creative connections that spark collective impact. She serves on the Boards of the national Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, Hamdard Health Alliance, and Health & Medicine Policy Research Group. At home in Chicago, Rachel enjoys spontaneous urban adventures with her family and trying to grow good food in the warmer months.
